Requirements for the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN): Current, valid Practical Nurse License in good standing from the state of Pennsylvania. Experience as a licensed nurse preferred. Experience in Personal Care or Assisted Living preferred. Knowledge of DHS regulations preferred.
