School Nurse LPN 1:1 complex medical needs

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 care for a medically complex student in a school setting in Fleetwood, PA. This is a full-time position for the remainder of the current school year, with services continuing through ESY (Extended School Year) and a strong opportunity to extend into the next school year for the right fit.

Position Highlights:

Full-time:

approximately 37.5-40 hours per week Monday-Friday schedule Bus ride required : Nurse will accompany the student from home to school and back each day Transportation time is fully paid Approximate schedule: 8:40 AM pickup - 3:00 PM drop-off Immediate start available

Student Care Needs Include:

Seizure monitoring G-tube care Cerebral palsy support Incontinence care Non-verbal communication support Complex medical needs (including d-bifunctional disease) Wheelchair assistance Manual transfers required (two-person assist)

Qualifications:

Active Pennsylvania LPN license Experience with pediatric and/or medically complex patients preferred Comfortable with mobility support and hands-on care Ability to obtain/maintain required PA Clearances Why Join Us?
