Job Description

Ref #: 9135479 Contract/Travel Licensed Practical Nurse needed in Gettysburg, PA. Assignment begins 06/06/2026 for 13 weeks.
Schedule:
Saturdays and Sundays.
Compensation:
Local PPW $896 (32 hours); Local hourly $28/hr.
Requirements:
Active, valid LPN license for the state of Pennsylvania. Current BLS certification.
Key responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care under RN or physician supervision, including comprehensive patient assessments. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; monitor and document patient response. Assess, clean, dress, and manage wounds; monitor for infection and complications. Continuously monitor and record vital signs and maintain accurate patient records. Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care. Respond promptly in medical emergencies and follow infection control and safety protocols.
