LPN/RN Substance Abuse Treatment Facility 7PM-7AM

- Full-time Clearvision Health and Wellness is a 62 bed inpatient/rehab that provides a comprehensive approach to care designed for individuals 18 years of age and older struggling with substance use disorder.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides nursing care for all residential clients Vital taking and recording Keep record on patient health Assessment of medical related needs Performs all intake assessments with the client upon admission The administration of medications as prescribed by a physician Provision of medical interventions as directed by a physician Provides individual assistance with clients who are experiencing withdrawal symptoms Accurately administer medications per ordered note, document medication administration and reflect accurate count of medication (including controlled substances administration), on required documents. Demonstrates competency in the assessment Participates in a collaborative plan of care in accordance with the detox treatment plan and accepted standards of nursing practice Contributes to patient education process and documents accordingly Functions as a professional role model and resource person, providing guidance to other team members Maintains clinical records of all client contact according to Clearvision policy and other regulatory guidelines Documents patient information thoroughly, reflecting consideration of treatment plan Contributes knowledge of clinical and programmatic needs of client as it relates to clinical knowledge base Maintain nursing license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and adhere to the PNA Standards of Care Maintain CPR/First Aid certification Must follow all regualtions that govern the facility Must have prior knowledge of computer and be able to navigate EMR system. Pay is a range and is based upon experience. Pay ranges based on LPN or RN Prior experience in the substance abuse field is a plus but not required.Job Type:
