POSITION
LPN Floater RATE:
Based on Collective Bargaining Agreement
REPORTS TO
Principal and/or K-12 Health Services and Community Coordinator
JOB GOAL
The LPN is employed to function under the direction of the Certified School Nurse (CSN) to implement assigned and delegated duties of the school health program. This may include screenings, record keeping and/or treating ill or injured students and staff.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Must have and keep current a Pennsylvania professional nursing license. Must have and maintain a current
CPR & AED
certification. The following background clearances are required: Act 151, Act 34, Act 24, and IdentoGO FBI clearance. Experience working with children preferred, but not required. Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
