Job Description

Keystone Human Services is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team of professionals in making a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors and the community. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position assists to provide leadership and guidance to program support teams, contracted providers, and individuals to recognize and care for unique and emerging health care needs for people we serve. This position will work collaboratively with people at various levels of the organization and outside organizations to address the medical needs of the individuals in adherence with Keystone's mission and in compliance with all regulatory requirements This exempt role offers a starting annual salary of $62,500. Qualifications:
Valid LPN licensure in Pennsylvania Ability to utilize nursing experience and awareness in all aspects of care of the individuals of whom we care for and be able to apply nursing knowledge and sound judgement during the nursing process Work experience in the medical field and medical experience working with individuals diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities, strongly preferred Comfort using computers and learning new software or online systems Valid driver's license and daily access to a privately owned vehicle Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications Keystone Human Services prohibits discrimination against qualified individuals based on their status as protected veterans or individuals with disabilities and prohibits discrimination against all individuals based on any category protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
