Part time position for a
RN or LPN Shifts:
Mondays 9 am
5 pm, Tuesdays 1-5 pm and Fridays 9 am
5 pm and per diem coverage (20 hours/week)
This is a set schedule.
Hourly rate:
$25/hr for LPN and $27/hr for RN Overview Join our energetic team as a Pediatric Nurse — RN (Registered Nurse) or LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) — and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families. Responsibilities Assist with well and sick visits, including vital signs, vision/hearing screening and general assessments, flu/covid/strep testing/vaccinating. Telephone triage (experience preferred) Assist with minor office procedures Administer medications and vaccine injections following strict safety protocols. Maintain accurate medical records using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems and document all patient interactions thoroughly and promptly. Conduct diagnostic evaluations such as laboratory specimen collection, processing, and interpreting results to inform treatment decisions. Strong knowledge of pediatric physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology. Excellent communication skills to educate families and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; sensitive to the needs of children with disabilities or behavioral health challenges. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations ensuring patient confidentiality; proficient in medical documentation standards across various healthcare settings.
