Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to assigned students with diverse healthcare needs. Attend and support students during field trips, ensuring safety and health management. Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to coordinate care plans. Monitor and document student health status and respond appropriately to medical situations. Maintain compliance with LPN nursing standards and school health policies.

Qualifications:

Active LPN or LVN license in good standing. Previous experience in a school nursing role preferred. Comfort and willingness to attend off-site field trips as part of duties. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with K-12 students. Commitment to supporting the health and well-being of children in a school environment.
