Licensed Practical Nurse (Full Time )
Location:
Northumberland County Position Overview Medical Assistants (MA) and License Practical Nurses (LPN) assist in the provision of comprehensive health care as a member of a team of health care professionals. This individual functions in all areas of the outpatient office setting this might include both clinical and front desk duties. Qualifications Medical Assistant (MA): graduate of an approved school Medical Assistant (certification preferred) and/or two years experience in a clinical setting Licensed Practical Nurse(LPN): graduate of Licensed Practical Nurse program and licensed or eligible to take state boards. Infection Control and strong clinical knowledge Administering Medication Previous venipuncture and injection experience preferred Previous experience in calling prescriptions under a providers direction Computer proficient and EMR experience What Sets PHN Apart The Primary Health Network is the largest Federally Qualified Healthcare Center (FQHC) in the state of Pennsylvania.
