Responsibilities:

Provide nursing care and clinical support to residents Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor resident health and update RN supervisors and physicians as needed Supervise CNAs and ensure high-quality care is delivered Maintain accurate and timely documentation Foster a positive, compassionate environment for residents and families

Requirements:
