LPN Wound Nurse Join the Bradford Hills Nursing & Rehabilitation Center Team! Role:
As an LPN Wound Nurse , you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents.
Your responsibilities will include:
Wound Care :
Assess, diagnose, and treat wounds, including debridement, dressing changes, and wound cleaning
Patient Education :
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on wound care and preventive measures
Collaboration :
Work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Documentation :
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and outcomes
Patient Advocacy :
Advocate for patients' needs and concerns, ensuring their dignity and respect are maintained
Requirements:
1+ year of experience as an LPN/LVN Current LPN/LVN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania Ability to work full-time schedule Excellent communication, assessment, and critical thinking skills
