$1,700.00 Job Overview We are urgently hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Long-Term Care (LTC) / Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) . This local contract offers strong weekly pay, steady hours, a night shift schedule, and quick placement. Ideal for LPNs who enjoy working with geriatric residents and post-acute patients. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care within LPN scope of practice Monitor resident conditions, obtain vital signs, and complete assessments Administer medications, injections, and treatments Assist residents with ADLs (bathing, grooming, feeding, mobility) Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and care teams Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment Experience & Skills LTC, SNF, Nursing Home, Rehab, or Assisted Living experience preferred Strong clinical, communication, and time-management skills EMR/EHR documentation experience a plus Requirements Active LPN License (State) Current BLS Certification Must meet local radius rule (within 50 miles) LPN, Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN Jobs, Local LPN Contract, Night Shift
