No County Oneida Street Address McPike Addiction Treatment Center 1213 Court Street City Utica StateNY Zip Code13502 Duties Description Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, incumbents serve as members of a multidisciplinary team performing a variety of nursing and client care activities designed to ensure that clients receive all necessary care. Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Medication administration and specimen collection;
• Attentiveness to patients' medical and other needs;
• Provision of nursing treatments;
• Gather patient measurements, signs and symptoms;
• Conduct building checks for safety hazards and ensuring patient safety;
• Crisis intervention;
• Complete documentation in patient electronic medical records, as well as staff communication logs and other required forms as needed;
• File patient record forms in the appropriate location within the record;
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications a license and current registration to practice as a practical nurse in

New York State NOTE:

Candidate must be eligible and maintain eligibility for full and unconditional participation in the Medicaid and Medicare programs. Failure to maintain licensure, certification and Medicaid/Medicare eligibility will result in the termination of employment. Background Investigation Requirements:
