Licensed Vocational Nurse - Field Nurse

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our growing Home Health team. The LVN Field Nurse will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and physician. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, independent, and passionate about patient-centered care. Looking for coverage in all areas of Los Angeles County.
