Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team. As an LVN with our mobile medical practice, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care while embracing the convenience and flexibility of our mobile model. You will have the opportunity to work closely with patients in their homes, offering personalized care and contributing to their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care in accordance with established care plans and protocols Administer medications, perform injections, and perform other diagnostic testing Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and medication effectiveness Assist with patient education and provide support to patients and their families Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans Follow infection control protocols and maintain a safe and clean environment Adhere to ethical and legal standards of nursing practice

Qualifications:

Valid and active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an LVN, preferably in a home healthcare or mobile practice setting Proficient in administering immunizations and performing diagnostic testing procedures Strong knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and standards of care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients, families, and healthcare team members Ability to work independently and adapt to changing environments Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to care Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patients' locations within the Los Angeles area Bilingual skills (English/Spanish/Russian) are a plus
