LPN/RN Residential Provider

We are looking for nurses (whether LPNs or RNs) interested in opening their home to an adult with disabilities. This position could be the perfect fit for a nurse looking to transition away from a busy ER or high-stress hospital environment and into a more work-from-home situation. This job could be your full-time position, or we can help you with staffing if you need to leave the home and can't bring your individual with you. Our contracted RN/LPN caregivers who are former (or current) nurses enjoy great success in this career opening their homes to an adult with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. We work to match the interests and needs of the individual with the interests and experience level of nurses being home providers. The goal is to create a long-term living situation. Responsibilities You will be opening your heart and your home to another person that will be living with you and depending on you. Salary Your salary is dependent upon your individual, but this can be a lucrative career. Starting pay begins at $5,000/month.
