PRN licensed Nurse

Emerge Family Care Inc. is seeking a contract Registered Nurse (RN) to complete initial and 90-day in-home assessments for our home care clients. This is a very part-time, flexible opportunity ideal for nurses looking to supplement their income. Position Overview This role focuses strictly on assessment visits, not shift-based care. The nurse will complete initial client assessments, 90-day reassessments, and documentation to support care plans. Compensation

• Per Assessment Pay (Initial + 90-day visits)

• Conduct in-home client assessments
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Identify care needs and support plan of care development
• Communicate with case management team as needed Requirements
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to travel locally for home visits
• Travel radius not to exceed 90 miles from office location
• Home health or case management experience preferred (not required)
