- Part-time, Full-time We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our assisted living team on a full time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care and health monitoring for assisted living residents Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and state regulations Monitor resident health status and promptly report any changes to appropriate providers and leadership Maintain accurate and timely documentation in resident records Collaborate with caregivers, medication technicians, and other staff to ensure high-quality resident care Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the care team Participate in care planning and resident assessments as needed Ensure compliance with all facility policies and regulatory requirementsQualifications:
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or geriatric care preferred Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to work independently while functioning as part of a team Compassionate approach to resident-centered careWhat We Offer:
