Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Linley Park Post Acute - Anderson, SC $27-$28/hour | Full-Time & Part-Time/PRN Opportunities Linley Park Post Acute is a beautiful 88-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in the heart of Anderson, South Carolina. Flexible Shift Options:
Weekend Program Work Saturday & Sunday (option to pick up weekday shifts) 12-hour shifts (paid for 16 hours!) Weekday Schedule Monday-Friday 8-hour shifts

(k) with company match Tuition reimbursement to support career growth Employee appreciation rewards & events Professional development and advancement opportunities Position Summary As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a vital role in delivering direct nursing care and supervising nursing assistants to ensure residents receive the highest level of care in accordance with their individualized care plans. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team Supervise and support CNAs to ensure quality care delivery Maintain accurate clinical documentation Promote a safe, clean, and compassionate environment Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program Active, unencumbered LPN license in South Carolina (required) Current CPR certification Strong leadership and communication skills Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support others Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care Why Join Linley Park Post Acute?
