In this role, you will provide compassionate care to these women as they transition away from their lifelong religious duties. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
  • Administer medications and monitor resident health status
  • Work under the direction of an RN
  • Collaborate with physicians, residents, and interdisciplinary team members to meet individualized care needs
  • Support residents' emotional and spiritual well-being in alignment with the community's values
Qualifications:
  • Current LPN license in the state of Minnesota
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Education Qualifications:
This position will work the following: 0.6 FTE 8
Hour Shifts Permanent Evening Rotation:
2pm - 10:30pm
Evening Shift Differential:
$1.75 per hour The pay range for this role is $23.80 - $32.01 based off of previous LPN experience.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Current Licensed Practical Nurse licensure in the state of employment. Education as required for state licensure. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or obtained within 3 months of employment.
