Job Description

Salary:
$22-$29/hr Is this your perfect fit? Are you a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant or LPN looking to serve as the point person for the development of expanding neurology practice with a focus on memory care? Hiring Immediately! If that describes you, we need to talk! What your day will look like: Perform all core Medical Assistant duties, including rooming patients, obtaining vitals, preparing charts, and supporting providers during visits. Serve as the central coordinator for the Memory Care Program, helping establish processes, communication pathways, and patient?support workflows. Work independently to identify gaps, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions that improve patient experience and program efficiency. Support neurologists and clinical staff by gathering relevant patient information, assisting with cognitive?care protocols, and ensuring accurate documentation. Act as a resource for patients and families, helping them understand next steps, referrals, testing, and follow?up expectations.

Direct To be a champion in this role, you will need: Experience as a Certified Medical Assistant or LPN, preferable with exposure to geriatric population. Interest in cognitive disorders and a desire to support patients with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and related conditions. Demonstrated leadership qualities and interest in program development.
