We are currently seeking one (1) Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) and four (4) PRN Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our clinical team. Available Opportunities Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (1 Position Available) We are seeking a dedicated and dependable nurse who is willing to provide flexibility in scheduling and can work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed to support the clinical operations of the community. Employees accepting a Full-Time position may be eligible for company-sponsored benefits in accordance with company policy, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and other benefit offerings. PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (4 Positions Available) PRN team members are expected to routinely provide monthly availability and maintain a minimum scheduling commitment of: Availability for at least two (2) weekend days each month Availability for at least one (1) weekday each month Availability may be provided for any of the following shifts: 1st

PRN positions are not eligible for company-sponsored insurance or benefits. However, PRN team members who demonstrate strong performance, reliability, and engagement with the community may be considered for future Full-Time opportunities as they become available. Key Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to Assisted Living and Memory Care residents in accordance with individualized service plans and physician orders. Administer medications, treatments, and nursing services safely and accurately. Assess residents for changes in condition and communicate findings promptly to providers, families, and the interdisciplinary team. Collaborate with caregivers, Medication Technicians, leadership, hospice agencies, and ancillary providers to ensure exceptional resident outcomes. Respond promptly to resident call lights, emergency pendants, and urgent resident needs. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with company policies, state regulations, and survey expectations. Foster a safe, clean, welcoming, and hospitality-focused environment for residents, families, and fellow team members. Qualifications Current South Carolina Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing. Previous experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, or Geriatric Nursing is preferred. CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Must possess a genuine passion for serving older adults and supporting families through the aging journey.
