- Job Summary Licensed Practical Nurse
- Provides each resident with professional nursing care, assessment and evaluations in their scope of practice.

- + Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Board of Nursing An active license in the state of practice Upon Hire
- Work Schedule
- 6:00pm-6:30am or 6:0am-6:30pm; E/3rd Wknd/Hol; 72hrs/2wks

- A Brief Overview
- Delivers nursing care by developing a nursing diagnosis; establishing nursing care objectives; defining nursing interventions; providing physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to residents, families, and friends to understand residents conditions, medications, and self-care skills; noting changing conditions and needs; re-evaluating care objectives.
- What you will do
- + Provides resident care by reviewing physician prescriptions; communicating the nursing care plan and all pertinent information to other members of the health care team; coordinating with other healthcare providers; providing physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to residents, families, and friends; conferring with physicians.
- Essential Qualifications
- The individual must be able to work the hours specified.
Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
- + Registered Nurse (RN) - Board of Nursing An active license in the state of practice Upon Hire
Preferred Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
- + 1-3 years Experience working in a clinical or long term care environment
