Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a temporary assignment in a Long Term Care (LTC) facility located in Brookings, SD. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and a passion for providing quality care to elderly residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer prescribed medications and treatments Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) Monitor patient health and report changes to the RN or physician Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver resident-centered care Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and infection control standards
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience working as an LPN in
LTC/SNF Certification:
BLS State License Required:
South Dakota AL01
