1 Description American Traveler is hiring a travel LPN/LVN for a 13-week night shift assignment in a long-term care/skilled nursing facility setting, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience. Details Long-term care/skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting Post-acute care patient population Uses Point Click Care (PCC) EMR Scheduled for 3x12-hour night shifts per week Every other weekend and holiday coverage required Requirements Current LPN/LVN license required (license required if applicable); must be active and not pending Minimum 2 years of LPN/LVN experience required — no exceptions Current BLS certification required; copies of active certifications required (pending certifications not accepted) Driver's license required for consideration 2 professional references required for consideration: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, both including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire Candidates must reside more than 80 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates; local candidates within 80 miles are accepted at a different rate Additional Information 13-week assignment Nursys verification required for LPN submissions Candidates living within 80 miles of the facility are accepted as local candidates
