Shift:
Days 8•5 We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Long Term Care team. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care to residents, support daily clinical operations, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Responsibilities:
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor and document residents' health conditions and vital signs Assist residents with daily living activities and patient care needs Maintain accurate nursing notes and medical records Communicate effectively with physicians, RNs, residents, and families Respond to changes in residents' conditions promptly Follow infection control and safety protocols Supervise CNAs and support staff as needed Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations
Requirements:
Active LPN/LVN License Current BLS/CPR Certification Minimum 1 year of LTC or skilled nursing experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay:
$1,700.00 - $1,800.00 per week
