Job Description

No nights, weekends or holidays!! CNOS is a leading specialty health care provider in Siouxland, looking for health care professionals who believe in our mission of "Improving Health". As a physician-owned organization, we place a focus on our team, while still staying true to our patient-centered vision. Work here and you'll become part of a health care team for our community as we are better together! The full-time Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for assisting the physician in general management of the patient base and clinic activities in a fast paced environment.
General Duties:
Coordinate clinic activities, protocols and treatments for the physician, physician assistant, and patient. Schedule patients for appointments, tests, surgery, and referrals, may delegate to appropriate support staff per licensure. Receives and manages patient related questions and inquiries. Participates in medical paperwork management as directed, to include, but not be limited to entry of information into the electronic health record. Assists outside representatives and clinic staff as directed. Ensure courteous and professional treatment of patients as well as satellite facility that CNOS services.

Abilities :
Ability to handle emergency situations in a prompt, precise and professional manner and to administer personal patient care while providing comfort and well-being to the patient, and acknowledging physiological and psychological needs. Existing or emerging knowledge of EHR and all computer systems and documentation protocols. Excellent customer service skills, knowledge of medical terminology, and ability to work in a fast paced clinic.
Requirements:
