Kore Cares is excited to expand its team in the Pierre area, and we're seeking an outgoing and motivated LPN Support Specialist to support our clients and caregivers across the region. In this role, you'll be at the heart of ensuring quality in-home care, providing a small amount of direct nursing support, and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly. This position is perfect for someone who thrives on connection, is highly organized, and wants to make an impact while helping others. What You'll Do Support Caregivers & Clients- Provide caregivers with the training, resources, and mentorship they need while ensuring clients receive consistent, high-quality care. Coordinate Schedules
- Match caregivers with clients based on preferences, needs, and availability to ensure excellent compatibility and satisfaction. Step In When Needed
- Fill shifts in emergencies, provide hands-on caregiver training in-office and in-home, conduct supervisory visits, and complete a small amount of nursing hours to support client care needs. Administrative Support
- Assist with care plan updates, review caregiver notes, finalize shifts, maintain records, and install emergency response systems. Human Resources Support
- Help with hiring, onboarding, and ongoing caregiver mentorship. Build Relationships
- Meet with clients, families, and community partners to ensure quality services and foster trust. On-Call Support
- Participate in a rotating on-call schedule covering evenings, weekends, and holidays. Travel as Needed
- Occasional travel to Miller and Highmore to support clients and caregivers.
Requirements:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required 2+ years of caregiving or CNA experience (preferred) 1+ year of healthcare administration experience (preferred) Valid Drivers' License and Reliable Vehicle with InsuranceSimilar jobs in Pierre, SD
