Day Shift:
0700 1930Night Shift:
1900 0730 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts as needed Weekends and Holidays required Shift rotation required based on staffing and patient loadHow Many Shifts Needed Per Month:
Equivalent to 84 hours every two weeks Seven (7) 12-hour shifts within a two-week periodLicense:
Current, unrestricted LPN license from any U.S. State, Territory, or District of Columbia Must have passedNCLEX-PN
Certifications:
BLS (AHA) ACLS (AHA) PALS (AHA)Experience Needed:
Minimum 2 years of Acute Care / Medical-Surgical Nursing experience preferredSpecial Skills Needed:
Experience supporting acute care and inpatient units Medication administration skills Patient observation and monitoring Wound care and basic nursing procedures Experience withEHR/RPMS
documentation systems Ability to assist during emergency situations Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work with Native American patient populations Credentialing /Onboarding Time:
6 weeks to 8 weeksResponsibilities:
Provide direct patient care support under nursing scope of practice Assist with patient assessments and daily care activities Administer medications and treatments as assigned Monitor patient conditions and report changes appropriately Maintain nursing documentation withinEHR/RPMS
