Start Date:

Shift Schedule:
Day Shift:
0700 1930
Night Shift:
1900 0730 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts as needed Weekends and Holidays required Shift rotation required based on staffing and patient load
How Many Shifts Needed Per Month:
Equivalent to 84 hours every two weeks Seven (7) 12-hour shifts within a two-week period
License:
Current, unrestricted LPN license from any U.S. State, Territory, or District of Columbia Must have passed
NCLEX-PN
Certifications:
BLS (AHA) ACLS (AHA) PALS (AHA)
Experience Needed:
Minimum 2 years of Acute Care / Medical-Surgical Nursing experience preferred
Special Skills Needed:
Experience supporting acute care and inpatient units Medication administration skills Patient observation and monitoring Wound care and basic nursing procedures Experience with
EHR/RPMS
documentation systems Ability to assist during emergency situations Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work with Native American patient populations Credentialing /
Onboarding Time:
6 weeks to 8 weeks
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care support under nursing scope of practice Assist with patient assessments and daily care activities Administer medications and treatments as assigned Monitor patient conditions and report changes appropriately Maintain nursing documentation within
EHR/RPMS
