Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Licensure for state of practice is required.BLSSkills/Abilities:
Basic ability to communicate and comprehend; ability to measure and comprehend certain quantities;knowledge of basic nursing skills; knowledge and familiarity with the therapeutic effects and side effects of allmedications administered.Knowledge:

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises assigned employee(s). Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with theorganization's policies, procedures and applicable laws. 35 lbs. Requirements Valid LPN license in the state of employment with current CPR/BLS certification. Proven experience in long-term care facilities or skilled nursing environments; prior hospital or ICU experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth for accurate documentation. Knowledge ofICD-9/ICD-10
coding for medical records documentation purposes. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges preferred. Ability to perform advanced nursing procedures including IV insertion, venipuncture, phlebotomy, and sterile dressing changes. Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, pharmacology, and medical terminology relevant to acute and chronic conditions. Excellent communication skills to effectively triage patient needs and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
