Job Description

LPN Staffing Coordinator - Licensed Practical Nurse A nursing home near Athens, TN is seeking a detail-oriented and organized LPN Staffing Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring adequate staffing coverage while supporting facility operations and maintaining compliance with staffing requirements.

What You'll Do:

Coordinate and maintain nursing schedules for multiple healthcare facilities. Fill open shifts and manage staffing needs. Communicate with facility leadership, nursing staff, and agency personnel. Monitor staffing levels to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Assist with onboarding and scheduling of new nursing staff. Maintain accurate staffing records and reports. Respond to staffing emergencies and scheduling changes as needed.

Qualifications:

Current unrestricted LPN license for the state of Tennessee 2 years of work experience as a
