Job Summary We are seeking an experienced, compassionate, and motivated Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our busy and growing specialty practice. We are looking for a team player who is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and delivering an outstanding patient experience. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with physicians and advanced practice providers in a fast-paced urology practice where professionalism, compassion, and attention to detail are highly valued. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Room and prepare patients for office visits and procedures Obtain and document patient histories, vital signs, and chief complaints Assist providers with examinations and office-based procedures Administer medications, injections, and treatments as ordered Perform patient triage and respond to patient inquiries Catheter placement and removal Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, medications, procedures, and follow-up care Coordinate care with physicians, hospitals, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers Assist with surgical scheduling, referrals, authorizations, and documentation as needed Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and equipment Adhere to infection control and safety standards Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record Support practice initiatives focused on quality care and patient satisfactions.
Medical Assistant Candidates:
Current AAMA Certification (CMA) preferred Minimum of one year of medical office experience preferred
LPN Candidates:
