LPN Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing interventions according to the Plan of Care in accordance with accepted standards of clinical practice permitted by state law/regulations within the Nurse Practice Act. Participate with all staff in formulating and implementing all matters pertaining to the operation of the home and the individual's program including the health care plans and therapy plans of care. Be an advocate for the individuals we serve. Provide accurate, timely and detailed documentation. Organize, supervise and interact with individuals in their daily active treatment program per their ISP or HSP Using critical thinking skills and best clinical judgement provide the utmost of quality care. Participate in all required in services/training/quality improvement activities. Qualifications:
