Weekend LPN or RN

We are seeking dedicated LPNs and RNs to join our long-term care team for 12-hour weekend shifts . Part-time and full-time positions available. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with facility policies and nursing standards Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the appropriate medical staff Accurately document patient care, assessments, and outcomes Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines
