Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical conditions Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

Current LPN license in the state of Tennessee Experience in long-term care or related field Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed
