LPN- PER DIEM!

LPN - Per Diem Per Diem | 1099 Contractor | Create Your Own Schedule | Paid Virtual Training We're looking for an independent, detail-oriented LPN to perform INR (International Normalized Ratio) testing and monitoring for patients on anticoagulation therapy (ex: warfarin) and AffloVest. This is NOT a remote position —you'll visit patients in their homes up to a 30-mile radius of your home. What You'll Do Demonstrate how to put on / remove the vest Show controller operation and modes Review basic usage prompts and best practices Demonstrate charging, cleaning, and maintenance Answer basic, non-clinical questions Confirm patient comfort and confidence using the device Perform point-of-care INR tests (fingerstick) in patient homes. Educate patients on INR testing, safety, and monitoring. Create and manage your own weekly schedule. Document all results, symptoms, and provider communications. Report abnormal or critical INRs immediately to the supervising clinician. Maintain complete, compliant patient records. Participate in follow-ups, re-education calls, and compliance checks. Use your personal vehicle for travel. What You Need Active LPN license Ability to work independently Reliable personal vehicle Strong communication and documentation skills Willingness to travel up to 30 miles.
