  • Nights PRN Shifts:
    7:00 PM
  • 7:00 AM 2:00 PM
  • 10:00 PM Position Summary As an LPN, you will provide quality nursing care while supporting residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being.
You'll work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, compassionate, and compliant care. What You'll Do Perform resident assessments and daily rounds Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor and document changes in resident condition Assist with care planning and communicate with families and providers Support and guide nursing staff, including new hires Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance Participate in quality improvement, safety, and survey readiness Respond to emergencies and promote a safe environment for residents and staff What We're Looking For Graduate of an accredited nursing program Active LPN license (state-approved) At least 1 year of nursing experience preferred Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills Commitment to compassionate, resident-focused care Why Work at HutsonWood?
