Medical Assistant, LPN, RN

Job description: We are seeking a Medical Assistant, LPN or RN to become a part of our growing team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff which include taking vitals, transcribing visit notes into EHR system, obtaining prior authorizations for medications, administering injections, drawing blood, calling in medications, returning patient calls and preforming multiple different procedures like PFT testing and Spirometry. Escort patients to exam rooms Keeping all rooms stocked along with keeping a running log of supplies and compiling a list of supplies that need to be ordered. Must be able to work a 8:30am-5pm Monday-Friday shift ​

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of experience in a high-volume private practice High School Diploma Must have at least 2 references that will be checked Familiarity with electronic medical record systems Strong organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Abide by companies no nicotine rules Must be open to learning and receiving feedback with a positive attitude
