LPN or Medical Assistant

Dr Zaidi and Associates is a busy internal medicine clinic dedicated to providing high-quality care to our patients. We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team.

Job Description:

The LPN or Medical Assistant will work closely with our healthcare team to assist in the delivery of patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. This position is Mon-Thursday 745am-5pm and Friday 745am-3pm

Primary Responsibilities:

Prepare patients for examination by performing preliminary physical tests, taking blood pressure, weight, and temperature, and reporting patient history. Blood Draws Injections EKG Perform In-House Labs (Lipids, A1C, Rapid Flu, Step, COVID, UA, etc) Enter medical history and information into the Electronic Medical Record Schedules Appointments Maintains Clinic Supplies Tracking of outpatient procedures and Patient follow-up Excellent communication and organization skills Ability to work in a team based approach to healthcare

Requirements:
