Full Time Job Summary:
At Windcrest Health & Rehabilitation, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents and guests. Our state-of-the-art skilled nursing, rehabilitation care center and certified Alzheimer facility is committed to delivering exceptional care and comfort to our patients. With a focus on teamwork and a culture of compassion, we strive to create a warm and welcoming environment for all.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, including administering medications, wound care, and vital signs Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff and physicians Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Participate in care conferences and patient teaching to ensure comprehensive care Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment Demonstrate a commitment to our core values of compassion, integrity, and respect in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues About the
