Open Positions:

We are currently hiring five (5) LVNs for this contract assignment.

Position Overview:

The Licensed Vocational Nurse will perform a variety of patient care duties under the supervision of the Unit RN and Nurse Manager. This role focuses on providing high-quality care while adhering to facility policies and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and treatments Educate patients on medications and care plans Accurately complete documentation and charting Perform computer data entry (training provided) Follow facility Standard Operating Procedures and comply with all regulatory standards, including Joint Commission, CMS, and HHSC guidelines

Schedule & Assignment Details:

40 hours per week Alternating shifts based on staffing needs Every other weekend off Flexible start date (Monday-Friday) with at least 5 days for onboarding and processing Minimum of 2-3 weeks of on-unit mentorship with an experienced LVN 6-month commitment required

Requirements:
