Job Description

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) — Long-Term Care Facility FSN is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at a Long-Term Care Facility. In this role, you will provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) and physicians, supporting high-quality care while prioritizing patient safety, comfort, and well-being.
Commitment:
6-month assignment
Schedule:
40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts, 3 weekends per month Shift hours: 1:45p-10:15p
Hourly Pay Rate:
$39 with a 5% pay increase if extended after 6 months
Orientation & Education Requirement:
You will be expected to attend EVERY day of New Employee Orientation and Nursing Education, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, for approximately 2 weeks.
Tentative start date:
