Licensed Vocational Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse (LVN/LPN) Brenham, TX Contract Assignment | Immediate Openings | Multiple Shifts Available A healthcare organization in Brenham, Texas is actively seeking LVN/LPN professionals for an immediate contract opportunity within a structured clinical care environment. This is a great opportunity for dependable nurses seeking consistent hours, stable scheduling, and a fast start.

As early as 6/22/2026. Openings remain available until filled or closing date of 7/1/2026
Available Shifts:
Day Shift:
5:45 AM•2:15
PM Evening Shift:
1:45 PM•10:15
PM Night Shift:
9:45 PM•6:15
AM Orientation & Training:
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM•5:00
PM Duration:
Approximately 2 weeks Attendance and punctuality during orientation are mandatory due to the fast-tracked training process.
Job summary:
The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) will provide direct nursing care and support services within a structured residential healthcare environment serving individuals with specialized medical and behavioral needs. Under the supervision of Registered Nurses and nursing leadership, the LVN/LPN will assist with daily patient care, medication administration, documentation, monitoring patient conditions, and ensuring compliance with healthcare policies and procedures.
Requirements:
