Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents Monitor resident health, noting any changes and reporting concerns to the physician or nurse management team Assist in developing, updating, and implementing individual care plans for residents Supervise and mentor nursing assistants, ensuring high-quality care and adherence to safety protocols Foster a positive, collaborative atmosphere among staff members, residents, and families Serve as a resource for team members, promoting professional growth and supporting leadership development Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and state regulations Promote a culture of patient advocacy, ensuring that residents' dignity, rights, and preferences are always respectedWhat We're Looking For:
Current LVN licensure.
