Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) HOPE Community Medicine
Center, TX Schedule :
Full-time (Monday-Thursday 8 AM- 5 PM, Friday 8 AM
- 3 PM)

We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our clinical team. This position plays a vital role in delivering patient-centered care by supporting our providers in daily clinical functions, patient education, and coordination of care. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a provider Prepare patients for examinations and assist during clinical procedures Accurately document patient information in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system Administer medications, injections, and immunizations per provider orders (within licensure scope) Perform basic laboratory tests, collect specimens, and conduct point-of-care testing Assist in patient follow-up, education, and coordination of care Ensure clinical areas are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance with clinic protocols Adhere to all safety, confidentiality, and infection control policies Other responsibilities as assignedQualifications:
Current Texas LVN license in good standing BLS certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) Previous outpatient clinic experience preferred Familiarity with EHR systems (eClinicalWorks experience is a plus)What We Offer:
