Full Job Description Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LVN to join our healthcare team. As a LVN, you will play a vital role in providing quality patient care and promoting overall wellness.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Give all subcutaneous and intra-muscular medication injections to patients
  • Review clinical lab data and other medical data, under supervising physician, to better guide clinical decision-making for patient injection appointments
  • Adjust or modify treatment plans as directed by supervising physician
  • Provide patient education on disease management as directed by supervising physician
  • Refill patient medications
  • Work in tandem with additional staff to coordinate and guide all patient care
  • Review and respond to patient messages and concerns via phone and patient portal
  • Other duties as assigned by supervising physician
Qualifications:
  • Valid LVN license in Texas
  • Experience in giving subcutaneous injections required
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and physiology
  • Experience in Clinic setting preferred
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
