Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LVN to join our team on a per diem basis. As an essential member of our healthcare staff, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care, promote positive outcomes, and enhance the overall patient experience. Your exceptional nursing skills and attention to detail will be instrumental in achieving our mission to provide exceptional care with compassionate hearts.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions as needed Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide wound care Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, charts, and reports Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote excellence in patient care Demonstrate a commitment to patient safety, infection prevention, and control
Additional Requirements:
Current LVN licensure in the state of Texas High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher in nursing preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
