Job Description
LPN / CMA
- Crosby Clinic In this role, you will primarily be responsible for assessing patients and preparing them for physician consultations, including assisting with procedures and treatments. Your day-to-day tasks will involve thorough documentation of patient interactions and treatments in medical records while ensuring compliance with clinic policies and state nursing regulations. You will be pivotal in managing the communication between patients, physicians, and other healthcare teams to coordinate care, including scheduling tests and managing follow-ups. The position demands strong organizational skills to handle a high-stress environment and adapt to varying patient needs. As an LPN, you'll also assist in maintaining clinic supplies and educating patients about their care, providing direct and indirect patient support.
