Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) We are looking for a confident, high-energy LVN to join our team in Fort Worth. This is not a "stay in your lane" job—it's for a team player ready to step in and add value immediately.Key Responsibilities:
Confidently perform phlebotomy (blood draws) and IM/SubQ injections (Testosterone, B12, MIC, etc.). Accurately record patient vitals and update Electronic Medical Records (EMRs). Provide support to the medical provider during patient consults and treatments. Educate patients and help them understand their treatment plans and health status. Ensure clinic flow is efficient, organized, and creates a comfortable, high-level patient experience.- Qualifications & Requirements Active LVN License (Required) BLS Certification (Required) 1+ year of phlebotomy experience (Required) Comfortable working within a male-focused care model and discussing hormone health. Strong communication skills and professional presence. Must be proactive, bring solutions, and take ownership without being asked.
Schedule & Compensation Pay:
$28- 32/hour (based on experience)

Approximately 24-28 hours per weekSchedule:
Monday-Friday only (No nights, no weekends) Bonus potentialPay:
$28.00- $32.
