This opportunity involves providing one-on-one care for an adult female client in a home setting who requires total care and nursing support. The client has complex medical needs and mobility limitations, and benefits from attentive, patient-centered nursing care in a calm, structured environment. What You'll Do Provide skilled nursing care in a private home setting Perform medication administration and treatments as ordered Assist with total care needs and mobility support Monitor and document changes in condition Communicate effectively with family and supervising team What We're Looking For Current Texas LVN license 2+ years of nursing experience (home health, long-term care, or hospital preferred) CPR certified Comfortable providing total care and working with mobility-dependent clients Reliable, punctual, and confident working independently Why This Case?
